Good link!
I orderd one for myself as well! :)

Steve

All the way from China....
I am happy with it. It does what is should do.

I'm searching for a lookup table for the value of resistors of notation type 1002F / 2221F. Are the resistors 1%?

My two cents...

That will be probably:
1002 = 10000 ohm
2221 = 2220 ohms

Just like with capacitors.....

Ok, thanks steve. Type of resistors are on the VIC pcb.
Precision resistors are marked with a four-digit code, in which the first three digits are the significant figures and the fourth is the power of ten. F is +-1%

Cheap chinese made coilwinding machines, free shipping:

I have the first link winder.  it is best to set this up on a table and let the spool be on the ground.  Lay the spool sideways and let the wire unwind itself - necessary with 42 awg - or the wire snaps.

The foot pedal is very touchy.  I like to tap it on and off to keep the speed down.

Would love to see a slower speed on this, but with the above details you will be able to adapt.

WHAT IF WE WERE TO COMBINE THE OUTPUTS OF ALL 9 VIC COILS IN SERIES?

WHAT IF THE GATING SIGNAL WAS COMMON TO ALL 9 VIC COILS IN SERIES?

DOES THIS EXPLAIN WHY ALL THE WFC CAPS ARE SHOWN CONNECTED IN SERIES AS ONE BIG SERIES CONNECTED CAPACITOR?

SO EACH VIC CIRCUIT MAINTAINS ITS OWN CHOKE RESONANT FREQUENCY TO RESTRICT AMPS...BUT THE OUTPUTS ARE ADDED TO GET SUPER HIGH VOLTAGE?

309 TURNS PRIMARY 2000 TURNS SECONDARY AND 2000 TURNS ON EACH CHOKE, BUT THOSE EFFECTIVLY CANCEL EACHOTHER OUT BECAUSE THEY ARE OPPOSING EACHOTHERS MAGNETIC FLUX TO RESTRICT AMPS ... SO EACH VIC COIL IS AROUND A 7 TO 1 STEP UP FROM 12 VOLTS

THIS GIVES 84 VOLTS AT EACH OUTPUT BUT IN SERIES WE HAVE 9 VIC COILS FOR 756 VOLTS DC ACROSS THE WATER FUEL CELLS, WHICH ARE A HUGE CAPACITOR AND WITH STEP CHARGING THE CAPS CAN REACH TWICE THE SUPPLY VOLTAGE DUE TO THE DE Q ING DIODES IN THE VICS

SO WE GET 1500 VOLTS, AT THE RIGHT FREQUENCY TO PULL APART H2O WITH ALMOST ZERO AMPS ???

IS THIS THE SECRET?

I dont think so, Ali.
There was one vic for each tubeset.

But dont let this stop you from trying things out.
Nobody has the answers at the moment.

Steve

according to the photo from dynodon, all the tube sets were connected in series with only two wires coming off the bottom of the resonant chamber to connect to the VIC ???

maybe that was a test version by stan that is misleading or not...

also dynodon has a spreadsheet that shows the wire sizes for the u-core VIC as all being 29 gauge... and the turns for each coil based on wire resistance and inductance calculations comes out ( with a primary turns of 309) to a 7 to 1 or a 20 to 1 step up transformer depending on how the polarity of the chokes is connected... at 12 volts in we get 84 volts or 240 volts at the tube set.

so im trying to understand how stan was able to get 1500 to 2000 volts

if we series connect the vics we get roughly 9 vics x 85 = 765 or  9 x 240 = = 2160 depending again on the coil polarities and connections...
food for thought...

remember that figure 2 extra input on the VIC card... that extra OP AMP that we found that wasnt on the patent diagrams... maybe that is a common gating signal for the series connected VIC coils?
