Sorry for the delay!
Here are some photos and explanation of this system! Right click to see the pictures (right click open in new tab)
The unit heater! (Boiler feed by wood log)
Inside the house basement. Here the connection. this is a very simple loop lquelle installing two separate zoning, one for the second floor and the other for the first. You will see that the power line is connected directly to the return line.
The system means that the boiler heated continuously with a fan in the combustion chamber. Thus the wood is totally consumed. Then the system is set to 185F, it is the circulation pump (pump blue) which regulates food using the thermometer of the power system, the system restarts when the temperature redessant to 165F.
This system contains 12 gallons of water to be heated. (At constant temperature 165F-185F, 24/24, 7/7 only on winter time. Burn 22 cord of wood 4'x 8' *16 ")
Canada 1 cord of wood costs $ 75 for maple wood.
The two other pump in red they feed both at home independently so as to have less or more heat to the desired period. (Night heats the second floor ... and the day heats the first floor)
Temperature constant at 70F-72F for parts demand.
This model is a closed system. Whatever the type of steel on this system it will never rust. For that water is the same and she eventually died. Then the water turns black and no longer has any corrosive property. Then a closed system is the only system without any interviews.
The water supply for the closed system implies a minimal evaporation of water, we must still ensure that there are no air bubbles in the system. Air bubbles are ejected through a vent located on the air kettle. The water supply it provided the water needed to fill the vacuum.
On this system, water for drinking is heated by the heat exchanger plate as you can see on the picture above. He was 10 Plate thickness and consists of passage of copper (kettle) and stainless steel (side water reservoir)(Picture below)
Now the project.
Here is a plate heat exchanger 200 000BTU. It will connect to a water boiler of 4gal with a loop of 5 feet. So the boiler (heating by torch hydrogen) directly on the plate heat exchanger to 185F. Even networks only it will heat exchanger plate of drinking water that I've outlined above. (200 000 BTU exchanger plate) image below.
The most important aspect of this system is that it must take a strong push heat and friction of high water. That is why the little plate exchanger collect more than 400 psi/gallon to a maximum temperature of 485F (either for steam). Really powerful.
Here is the interchange on the seat of a quad!
With regard to the boiler. We recycle an electric boiler in which there are 4 elements of 5000 watts, we will remove and place a carbon plate on the outer side of the boiler to receive the HHO flame directly on the carbon plate. Here is the boiler with a separate subwoofer foam.
Now I'm going to buy a sheet of 24 gauge SS 306, 4 '* 8' for 135$ and 2 SS tube 3 / 4 "and 1 / 2" 18 '.
and produce two electrical circuits for the dry cell and one wet( i mean tube). Meyer (8XA) and The Lawton.
I already buy all the electronics components for both cards and a Variac for testing.
We want this to work first and then we will work according to reduce electricity consumption of the cell.
I will release a diagram of the water system for an optimal use, from the complaints to the boiler heating system with all components that require it. With minimum size (so that the system complies with the Building Code of Canada) I do not know the Americans code .... but I'm sure they are similar.
Regards ( I will update this post, if people have more question about it)
