Man this paper tells us that meyer was not even generating hydrogen, he was actually transforming the water into fog creating an explosion.


So he used the resonant tank as a mean of accumulating enough energy to discharge all in once into the water.


so lets take the prof we need to build a simple injector and a resonant tank and try to run an engine with it!


i shoot that we need at least 20kv about 10 amps circulating for discharges!

The part where they talk about the fog need to go to the atmosphere to recharge is the best! it seems meyers ideas
