I'm currently working on putting together the PLL circuit from Stan's patent. Here are the outputs that I'm getting so far. More to come!!!

Have you replicated the Stephen Meyers 3 phase , I am not good enough with this sim , or my comp is too slow to sim it .
Hardkrome has the VIC with PLL , no news of him yet .

Iv have built it in my simulation program but cant get the results that they show in the patent. The only way Ive gotten the waveform like in the patent is by a totally different circuit.

was the dielectric value of tap water and conductivity considered when modeling the capacitor? i've found this to be the largest problem in achieving a resonant-charging waveform in an actual setup.

you can put a 10k, 20k or whatever value resistor in parallel with C1 and nothing changes. You still get the "Ringing" effect.
