Just take a needle and a metal tube.
Put HV on it, but dont let it spark.
If you put the needle in the exact middle of the tube, you should notice airflow.
Its basically a non moving parts airfan.
Sometimes you see a purpuple glow...thats ok, as long as it is not too much.
If you have build that, i ll tell you the rest.
