Pulsed electrolysis 2025hz based on proton resonance
« on: April 29, 2010, 15:57:27 pm »
Hi,

Found this.
It talks about slowing the protons down so it might be easier to break down molecules of water on a frequency of 2025hz.

if you treat water with this device and water plants with it they grow a lot faster without deceases .. I read about some guy getting a phd on agriculture or something his thesis was about this device and the effects it has on plants.. since he didnt exposed the plants on these pulses that means some sort of energy went into the water.
