looks like the most important part is actually preventing re-combination since dissociation is done by the arc and the arc will cause it to recombine.

It's been a while since I looked into it but I recall he was working with dissociating steam or water vapor. In the interview he wasn't that forthcoming in revealing his process and more interesting in leasing than in selling.

yes that is what i got also, using water vapor, passing it through plasma then using emf to prevent the dissociated vapor from igniting and combining.

I could be mistaken but I recall something about rf radio frequency energy was used. May have been "borrowed" from Kansius. That might be the plasma part though. Heavens to Tesla he keeps on coming up :p

That "RF ENERGY" of several Mhz is too much trouble if you ask me .
Kanzius's machine looks very very expensive machine to reach those high frequencies with power to boot .
