I thought this would be a nice place to put this file. It's an accumulation of knowledge from the open source community compiled by Patrick Kelly and includes everything from basic electrolysis to pulsed high voltage methods. Note within are plans to convert a genset to water power as well as Dave Lawton's and Dr. Cramton's replications of Stan Meyer hydrogen fracturing process. Happy Holidays to all.
