I am currently bussy with my new wfc.
I have the new 3 phase circuit in my head and partly on paper.
I will continue soon with the electronics and the schematic. When its finishd, I will put it here.

I haven't watch the video you have posted since all video and audio streaming sites are blocked at my work place. I will comment once I finish watch those videos later.

Picture & schematic are better way to describe setup.

I really don't understand your statement.::) Pulsing coil both ways produces AC and how can we use AC for cell. Confuse....

Never mind, I can learn this stuff once I get the alternator setup up and running.

it's not ac kurmaran, it is 3 phase ac, it is full wave rectified from the alternator. this circuit replicates the alternator, there is much work that needs done.

the output is 3 phase ac rectified into dc, there is no spike removers etc,,,.

Video, audio, porn and even f**k word will be blocked from reaching staff at work place. Super tight security, in a way its better. If not people will spend time watching videos during office hours.

Yep, I saw the video already. Looks like a lot of gas until the white foam covers to bottom of the container. You mentioned that you use 12V and 19A right? But gas output looks way too much for this input power. Still you got to measure the gas output using submerged bottle into water method to get LPM readings. Later you can use gauge. I believe plate cells also can be used to output that much of gas if the gap is set closer (1.0mm to 1.5mm) to reduce resistance. Other simple way to lower the resistence is just add one drop of KOH. Problem solved.

Why need to use electronic solutions if alternator can do the job since alternator already have FWBR to convert 3PH AC to DC? Mechanical solution is always better than electronic solution. Just add simple relay to on and off power goes to cell. I would rather use additional alternator to power the cell instead of electronic.

Hi Kumaran,

My goal is NOT using any chemicals to improve anything. So for me no KOH.
The gas production is very nice and will improve If I connect my alternator setup to it.
My new wfc is still leaking some drops of water and I have the right stuff to stop that.
After that I can make the famous bottle test to measure gas output.
I have the bottles already in the house for some months, but I never constructed it yet.

As far as the alternator goes, I also wanna have a non alternator setup. Because the alternator needs a drivermotor and both make a lot of noicee.... ;D
I need more control with non moving parts.

Hi guys,

I'm almost complete setting up DC motor and alternator. This is the first time I'm playing with alternator outside car so i don't know much about alternator. From what I read on net, alternator has rotor coil and stator coil. Rotor coil need seperate input power (like 12VDC) to produce 14.4V output. While alternator spun by DC motor (belt driven), I connect 12VDC 7AH to rotor coil. I saw the alternator output voltage was too high around 60V and this figure not on max RPM yet. DC motor can go up to 4000 RPM max.

Then I use 5W 150ohm resistor in between battery and rotor coil to reduce amps. Yes, the output voltage comes down. I'm using very old alternator, got from scrap yard. Any suggestion to maintain output voltage between 14.4V to 15V? Please help.

Please try to find out if you have a WHY or delta configuration in yr alternator.
Otherwise we do not were we are over talking about!
Perhaps you have to take the alternator apart to look into it, to see what it is.

We then go from there, to get you up and running!
As soon as you have a load on the diodebridge, you see volts lower.
