Coating

I have reached a personal conclusion that just straight Stainless tubes are what are needed....however, under certain conditions (correct solution and amperage) a specific layering takes place.

The layering effect outlined in the research paper above shows us that "a p-n heterojunction" is formed...and also "film-electrolyte interfaces have also to be considered"....
While the WFC isn't run normally with any electrolytes...ANY water is gonna polarize and break...even VERY "pure" water will self ionize and conduct micro-currents. This breakdown will only keep compounding...so, my point is that we have to understand the chemistry and the physical interaction between the chemical layers.

After you realize this...then realize how a lead acid battery stores charge...you will begin to "See the forest through the trees" :D
