Alan, i will tell you in an email, if you like. Its pretty simple, but soo dangerous that i dont want to be held responsible for anybody electrocuting him/her self..

Here is something really kewl as well....My eyes almost burned out because of the intens light.

Yeah, you know me....
The resistor part didn't work, btw, Jolt.....We must find another way.
Maybe its all back to the chokes for protection of  the LV powersuply part.

Not sure if those filters excists for my phonecam...... But i know what you mean, Mr. H2inICE.

Just fine Stevie, I'm done with ICE's for now 
You just need a sheet of UV film, make a frame and have it in front of the spark, you are going to see some interesting stuff
