The form of energy is not the same. I don't know enough about it to explain it correctly. It may be longitudinal as opposed to transverse EM. Palsness said it had a 0 (zero) vector. It had the same characteristics as can be seen in Eric Dollard's longitudinal electricity video. Stan may have harnessed it in some way in his wfc since he says his process was not standard electrolysis. This is not standard electricity. You had to be there to understand. There is something to this that is related. I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
