i emailed him, his name is steven kelly.. his prior knowlege Electro-optical engineer, Designer and inventor of laser systems. Student of metaphysics, healer empathic, public speaker ... and he has alot of stan meyer knowlege as well he said he will be joinig our forum so maybe he can shed some light.. and create better understanding of the scalar waves..
