Stanley Meyer produced a number of different configurations of water fuel cells in the earlier
developmental phase of experimentation. Several Tubular Cluster Array units were constructed
with one Tubular Cluster Array demonstration unit being used to show the US Patent Office his devce
under section 101 of the patent laws to ultimately gain patent(s)
The various configurations include the following:

The tubular cluster array is pehaps Stanley Meyer's most well known HHO cell. It is seen in the video "It Runs on Water" and
also in a video in which Stanley Meyer and Charlie Holbrook are demonstrating the cell powering a dune buggy in the backyard
of Stan's Grove City laboratory.
The Variable Spacing cell is not as well known, but can be seen in one of the videos made by Dynodon.
The purpose of constructing this cell was to determine the effect of varying the distance between plates and resulting differences in gas production. On page 27 of the 1995 edition of the International Independent Test Evaluation Report (IITER) a diagram of this configuration is provided.
The Spherical Resonant Cavity Cell is even less well known than the above two configurations. Two copyrighted images from an

A fourth configuration has be been described and is known as the Tubular Resonant Cavity cell. I believe the
