Need a bobbin made
« on: December 12, 2011, 15:25:22 pm »
Attached is a jpg of a bobbin I need. Does anyone have a 3D printer and can tell me what STL files I need to have it printed?

Nice job. Unfortunately I do not have access to a lathe.
Where did you find your core material?

There is a guy on rwg research forums that can print bobbins, I think he is willing to do it for people willing to share their results  :)

I also have the same question, did you find a core source?

Follow this link: http://www.chipdip.ru/product0/44265.aspx (Russian seller of electronic components).
It's just a ferrite plates (20х3х115mm) that I cut and then glued as I have. Very simple task if you have a dremel  ;)

Do you think NiZn ferrite 400HH is good material? Also check ebay for [FERRITE BARS]
The only shape/type I could find are 400HH plates.
