A magnetic field will increase fuel energy because of cluster breakage for lower energy of the system(solute solute interactions)
You can decrease hydrogen bonding by placing a liquid near magnetic fields (south for water) increase energy of reactions
Water nanoclusters (or from impurites) have their own resonance frequency , superheated clusters can create sonoluminescent phenomena (energy release)
Clusters depending on their affinity for the solute can interact with the solute raising or lowering the energy of the system
Clusters create a cut-out zone where the solute ex. water form a nm zone where it's structured similar to snow flake formation(dependent on em irradiation)
Different clusters have different work function than the rest of the system and there's a voltage potential between them , two clusters can form capacitive structures , two different clusters can form a heat pump based on capacitance variance.

A magnet only acts on native hydrogen, as far i remember what i saw in waterbuckets during testing....
So you think it also acts on H2?

anything with hydrogen atoms forms clusters because of hydrogen bonding , if you're talking about gaseous states then there's little hydrogen bonding but even then with H2 combustion the chemical kinetics are changed depending on the magnet orientation but not much research is being done .. magnetized water has lower hydration energy because of smaller clusters and they use it to make concrete gypsum e.t.c.
