Electron extraction

I'm not 100% sure but I think I was able to power a light bulb from electrons in the water.
The 12v battery pos and neg are hooked to the tube cell as normal. The EEC would be a pos wire completely insulated from either tubes or +/-wire leads with a SS wire mesh. The light bulb is between the wires from the pos to the insulated wire mesh in water bath.
In later tests I removed the wire from around the tube and made a doughnut shape and was able to find which spots make the light bulb brightest.
If the insulative wire mesh should touch any other 12v source, the bulb will completly turn off.
If the insulative wire mesh should touch any ground, the bulb will burn brightest.
When I turn pull the pos wire to the tube cell, the bulb burns bright. Not quite sure what is occuring. Can someone explain?

Make you make a drawing on how you setup this EEC?
Then i am more then willing to try to answer your questions

can you please tell me, do you use any electrolyte in your cell or are you on pure water like steve ?

Pure water of course.

I think this helps. Could you go into a bit more detail w/the jars?
Thanks

have you considered modifying your cell design so that instead of putting the negative ion charge back into a battery, or bulb, put it into a leyden jar an
