Seems this set up is really touchy and only works with this wiring set up.
2 outside leads add a positive flowing to one and negative flowing to the other.
Center tap is neutral.
Hook up Cathode to center tube and
Anode to the water bath
(Near future I’m attaching a cylindrical piece of Titanium foil around the outside of the tubes to the water bath lead this will be oxygen collecting)

Water bath means the housing ? Or just a wire in the water?

Recently I used a piece of SS wire for the connection to the water bath. I just switched to a SS straw from the kitchen section.
I’m hoping I can add a liner of of titanium foil to the inside of cell container.
I’m looking to try cutting the titanium foil to a size that will tune the tiny bubbles into larger ones possibly using different surface space ratio to attract more H2 over O2.
