Stanley A Meyer mentions the Photon EPG in several of his publications.  Attached is a  brief .wav audio file by Jim  Miller of Kentucky who attended one of Stan Meyer's seminars
and his description of what he witnessed. It appears as though a ferrofluid was NOT used but perhaps iron filings or 325 mesh powder to allow the passage of laser light

Dc charging choke could be a manner to have dc applied to water while having it under shorted condition

ss wire resistive 430 material my be useful to atenua-te the voltage reducing the amps by magnetic field interaction of the wire iron

When we place voltage in a wire we create a flux changing this occurs because the primary electrons accelerate in one direction

Withou acceleration it won’t change the flux… só when current reach the limit because of resistance it won’t have changing flux

I’m imagining a way to push the electrons out of water generating power and the way I see is by having a sort of capacitor inside the capacitor in such a way as to make the cell get charged by dc but reversing the inside capacitance while shorting the cell may be possible to push the electrons out of water

Another way I’m thinking about it is to have a third electrode outside the cell and try to manipulate the inside electrode to have a opposite spike to make it push electrons out

In new zeal and video Meyer says that this is the very key behind the technology to make water generate the required power to break itself … I believe the cell was more complex than simply two electrodes it’s a resonant cavity too and so there may be things to it totally hidden we never see can only imagine

I believe that if we can have a reverse pulse inside the water with a diode and lamp in series shorting the cell in opposite direction than if this inside capacitor is pulsed reversed than it would throw the electrons out… I believe it would do it because the electrode is charged with the ions but if the charge come from inside the electrons finally can discharge pushing and not pulled

So if a path is provided than it would be able to discharge the electrons instead of forcing them out

Today I was talking with a friend about this project and one thing came back to my mind that I actually wrote about some few years ago and it was the idea of generating electric magnetic waves inside a cell in a manner as to cancel the voltage drop that is caused by electrolysis..

The main idea is that if we apply  one volt to the water and then we have  in that region where the voltage drops the opposite voltage will be possible to apply whatever current without consuming power

 So I think it would be possible to create a kind of surface wave that is in sync with the applied dc


It’s incredible the parts already started to arrive  today 19 /01 from China in just one week… I’m amazed… I think in a couple of weeks it will be possible to finish the beast… I just miss some more big heat syncs to assemble every part… and still need to buy the diodes and capacitors and copper foil perhaps… I may use 12 awg not sure how it’s going to come out I found on Ali express the copper foi perfect for it 0,8mm x 40mm  but I’m out of money this month so I may do the first tests with wire…

The core size is one of the parameters in a transformer and especially in a pulse transformers, keeping the same gap a bigger core would have the effect of reducing the inductance or the primary and other coils by offering more flux it reduce the number of turns that effect inductance with the square function…

it apear to me that with one of my nc100 core would be already possible to get the power needed but having 6 stacks the inductance is much smaller so as number or turns… wire length and resistance thereof reducing power dissipation too

im wondering if wouldnt be possible to create a kind of electromagnetic reverberation of some kind by making the induced core to induce current on another core with its reaction to the first inducing current..

not sure if it would be possible since the secondary flux should cancel the flux of the primary but since its in the opposite direction i think that is possible that depending on the material there could be the chance to indeed extract power from the magnetic domain reconfiguration…

to improve he coupling of the primary to secondary and bifilar choke i plan to use one layer of each primary wound on 3 III cores with a clamp coil wound over it or maybe under it… another coil of same size would be placed on the 3 CCC cores too so it will drive the flux to this section only leaving the other sector of the vic “free of interference”…

A gap may exist between the III III stacks so that it wont effect much each other directly making them couple to the secondary individually..

Coils in parallel in the same core will have about the same inductance but will share the current

coils in series could sum or subtract if coupled and if not coupled can only sum

coils not coupled connected in parallel will have the same behavior of resistors in parallel, reducing the inductance…

so i came to a conclusion that adding more cores is like adding coils not coupled to each other in parallel…

What happens if we take two capacitors and short into eachother?

Eccles fracture cell did kind of that he seem to use flyback pulse and he uses a small delay between the pulses end and start

Don’t know why but I was looking in the opposite of that direction… the pulses must wait the next pulse start to end…

It creates current dissipation and the power dissipated as heat if there is enough inductance it oscillates until discharge

I think combining the primaries may lower the requirements for the diode.. and the combination of duty cycle may be also capable of superimposing or destructing interference… that’s how I think the wave may be generated to push water hard

Thanks for the nice msg! I’ll post some here…

The plan is to get power into water and test high voltage applied to pure water at a rate where it would already boil… 

The closer I got to it was applying direct from 220v to full wave bridge to water… it boils quick but not with pure water…

Something that got my attention recently is the process of cutting by electroerosion they basically use pure water or oil to create a electric discharge that takes out molecule by molecule…

Meyer may have had this in mind…


 Those in the picture are the igbts I’m going to use…

It’s going to be arranged with a small fan that will be cooling the two heatsyncs… they are both isolated from eachother and from ground

I’m thinking about  making a pcb to place the capacitors and tvs in a organized manner…

And how to solder the igbts

I may take some copper strip to hold the collectors with screw and have a high current output easier I may also solder it to improve  the electrical connection

The ground may br soldered to each igbt emitter… I want to get a copper strip to be able to solder and also screw the emitter to hold better

I’m using old pc heatsyncs… they may be able to dissipate 100w or more depending on the temperature and air flow speed… I may use two fans one on each side of the heatsyncs… I may place a ground plane in the middle of them with a resistor connected to ground … this will form a capacitance between the heatsyncs and ground more equilibrares… I think the resistance must be small just to protect the peak of current during the discharges… 50ohm may be enough



I was thinking about maybe have only one diode from dc for both transformers it appear to me that if the primaries are connected together on the positive side  the primary that is collapsing will receive a double pulse and… there maybe this pulse can be adjusted by having a small time between the on and off

I mean the duty cycle of the pulse could be adjusted to make this to add or subtract depending if is greater or smaller than 50%
