nice find on the acoustic resonance.  Since the nano bubbles are charged,  positioning them within the fluid stream by acoustic means is an added way to give stability to the
magnetic matrices in a  helmholz toroid  device

Hey I was wondering about what if the epgs wasn’t actually the real Vic’s designs… I explain how I came with this ideas…
Sorry if I write a little hard to read
When Meyer talk about power and energy not being necessarily related i think he may have found a way to use a kind of momentum of movement of real magnets inside a coil to do two things at one time
First it increase the energy
Second if this core is moved by the magnetic force it make work and doing so it accumulates momentum and while doing it it also increase the current!

It may be possible with some kind of motors too! The idea is to have the right phasing such that it can be used as a very powerful pulse aource…

I think the epgs may had in the past huge cores outside of it… they was made the same size for a reason!

So basically Stan was very high tech informed… I believe later  he may have found a way to modulate the permeability of the gas mixture with laser so it can be like a manner to charge the coils in one referential and discharge in another referencial… normally the permeability reduces when current rises until saturation is reached however if we can momentarily modulate this saturation in reverse energy could be created by parametric change… we know that if you apply a force perpendicular to the movement no work is done but the force is there pressing in one direction for example…

If solenoid has a magnet inside free to move it will align and go to the center of the solenoid if another solenoid is activated it will go there
