Here Stan is holding up a previously unknown manual. This is the "Advanced Technology Manual" provided to the US and other governments.

The advanced tech manual was never found at Stan's estate?

I don't believe he was talking about anything unfound.
That cover looks like the cover to the big manual I have or could just be the plain Dealership Manual.
Of course there are no secrets revealed in any of them.
This video was made in about 1992 I think.
Meyer called the book a "Technical Brief"
I'm will to bet it is the same thing to which he refers.
Time will tell....If there wasn't anything like a manual he described in the Estate assets...
.....It probably is the Tech Manual calling what he called it.
Just my view....

The video from which these stills
came "Stanley Meyer Dealership Video #2"
(Take 1) has been released in its entirety in
a watermarked form on YouTube
on 25 Dec 2015

The date of  the original VHS tape is
circa 1992?

The quality of the video is kind of weak.
It blips a bunch and has static lines across it also.
Maybe use a better VHS player.
The tape itself should be fine.

The video gurus had a second generation vhs
Tape converted to digital and used pixel averaging
to try to clean it up   The tape was about 25
Years old pretty brittle and  also prone to stretch
As I understand it, further attempts to play might
Destroy it so I guess that's as good as it gets
