Stan Meyer and Pareidolia

Because of the need for humans to recognize patterns in daily life
pareidolia can be a useful trait. The ability to recognize a friend's face in a crowd
for example.We see the man in the moon, faces on the Cydonian plains of Mars and even
rodents on Mars in recent NASA Curiousity imagery.

We sometimes see what we want to see. The main Google header for their
search engine often has six drawings or images that we form into the word
google. And admittedly, the  drawings are designed to resemble letters. But
in the abscence of anticipating the word google or if one did not have
familiarity with the word or was illiterate, they would just be pictures.
 
In the case of the Mars imagery, a rodent appears to some people.
If you believe that there is one rodent on Mars, why not two? Is the image
to the left of the smaller rodent the rear view of a larger rodent emerging
from a burrow? The "fact" that they seem tailess is explained by the cold
temperatures on Mars and evolution.
 
It is an interesting image from the standpoint of human perception.
But cover up the "eye" of the rodent and it appears more like a rock.

But now let us think about the images of copious bubble formation
in the tubular array cells of Stan Meyer. In this case, we have a large
number of small bubbles being released in a thin curtain from the exciter tubes.
The loud popping of HHO upon burning or the meltng of paperclips adds to
the illusion of power.
 
It looks impressive and it appears as though the entire cell is filled with bubbles
They are rapidly rising. But how much gas is really being produced?
 
Eudiometers and gas flow meters may give a clue. But how does
one calibrate an gas flow meter for lighter than air gases? Add to this the
fact that some experimenters are measuring hot vapors or possibly steam
as gas production, a true measure of gas output is difficult.
 
The input power measurments have their own difficulties in accuracy.
Is RMS power being measured?, What is the  draw on the mains and where
are the probes attached? Apparently the waveform and other measurements
vary depending on the placement of the probes.
 
The late George Mallove repeatedly asked Stan "Where are the figures? Where are
the figures?" at the 1997 Mariott meeting.  The hereticalbuilders website, much to
their credit,has longcalled for the application of the scientific method to research in
this field.
 
Let us admit to ourselves that  it might be that all is not what it appears to be
in some of the videos but know that through careful measurements, multiple experiments
and careful documentation we will eventually solve the riddles of the Stan Meyer legacy
and hopefully have a more peaceful world.

Also one must realize that small amounts of HHO may greatly increase efficiencies in the
burning of diesel fuel as demonstrated by Laesa and Scot Cramton. But the development of an
all water powered car is a noble endeavor and would change life as we know it.  Worldwide, there
are many experimeters working on this technology. Have faith that Stan's dream will be achieved.
