The Stanley Meyer technology is related to the MangetoHydrodynamicDrive (MHD) technology

"In the Conference Edition of International Independent Test Evaluation Report 1995 p. 128 the following
reference is noted:..

"12.Meyer, Stanley A. Hyperdrive  Memo WFC 455/455DA. Grove City, Ohio 1991 (c) Stanley A Meyer"

The reference is part of the sixth draft of  a document titled  "Water as Fuel" by the Admiral Sir Anthony Griffin
for a meeting in Southampton England

MHD technology was featured in an American film titled "Red October", in which the film
showed a Russian submarine supposedly being propelled by MHD for its quiet stealth capability

Admiral Griffin made at least four trips to Grove City Ohio to visit Stanley Meyer.

Griffin has at least 3 non-classified presentations or papers on the subject, such as Water As Fuel (1993)

Apparently the British authorities felt that Stanley Meyer's work merited serious consideration.
The British film group  INCA also was sent to examine and film some of his technology
Leonard Holihan from the Advanced Energy Research Institute ( London UK) also visited and praised Meyer's work"

MHD is that you create motion by two electrodes and current and a magnetic field.
BUT.....You can also create electricity in a reversed way and thats where it gets interesting.

So, what if you create a flow of KOH rich water with the MHD and put a lot of electricity creators behind it and make a closed looped water circle.....

You are welcome.. :)

attached image from a British hyperdrive paper shows the basic principle.

Sea water already has electrolytes in it, But it's not necessary use it to make  electricity from the ZPE units, the submarine's
nuclear power plants generate the power for the ZPE ,process or you can use the use the new solid state high density
lithium ion  batteries to provide required power

Basically it's moving the water through large ducts running the length of the vessel, or least that's how it's done
 in the movies....... ;)
