Fred,
What is the fabric you are using?  Does this cell produce scum?  Are you using tapwater?

thanks steve!
I used silk cause its thin and the hole in the fabric are very small so it stop the hydrogen or oxygen going the other side of the cell. no scum or almost: just becoming orange cause of the baking soda. Using distilled water, with tapwater its was getting dirty in some of my other cell. Right now im also using alcohol cause its really cold right here  :-[.  I will post some picture of it tommorow  ;D

thanks spiky  :D  I just tested it and their is no difference at all in my economy  :'(  im sure at 90% that their are no leak! Any1 have a idea? Do i have to reset the computer? I tested it in 4th gear at 70 kph for a distance of 4km twice and the result was 9L/100km (around 30mpg i think) for both test; with and without hydrogen. Anyway here i have made a small video just before the test.
