Remembering meyer words
I thought of something magnetic fields don´t cross each other, so if we could create a magnetic field over the coil than we could be in effect controlling the electrons response in the circuit and maybe restricting the amps the right way
I though of a toroid coil core and than the other coil wound toroidally over it
so the inside core coil will have a magnetic field parallel with its wire length from the outside coil and vice versa.. so the electrons to flow there will have an opposition of the magnetic field while at same time being perpendicular they have to electric reaction to each other
