Thank you for your input. Stanley Meyer spent over 20 years working on various devices. The backyard hobbyists have many goals and agendas.
Some want to improve gas mileage and others like setting off HHO balloons.  For those of a more scientific bent, the construction of various devices
 depends upon electronics training, mechanical skills and the financial resources and time that a person is willing to devote to a hobby.

The formal training that many scientists hopefully gives them the primary knowledge of their subject material
and also the procedures and methodology for scientific inquiry.Some of the most productive and brilliant
inventors of the last 100 years, such as Tesla and Edison, thought outside the box of the science of their time but
kept meticulous records of their experiments.

The internet has made access to information and resources that inventors of yesteryear did not have. The informational
 flood needs to be distilled to its essence.  Because inventors build and make improvements on pre-existing devices, a wise
inventor-hobbyist needs to define the goal, gather the information and listen to good advice regarding methodology.

Even with the simplest tubular array, questions such as the effects of varying temperature, pressure, magnetic and
scalar fields, wave form voltage potential, amperage are not completely understood. Proper design of the experiment is paramount 

The terminology that Stan Meyer used is at times, confusing, imprecise and possibly of an obfuscating nature. Keith Hindley has commented
on this problem of translation of" inventorese" jargon into standard scientific terminology

But one needs to be careful not to assume that there is only one way to approach a problem. I am glad that the backyard mechanics come up with
innovative solutions to materials used and while what they arrive at may not work, even a million monkeys typing will eventually type a meaningful
three letter word.(No sleight intended) Random trials do eventually discover a solution. Edison tried hundreds of filaments before succeeding
in developing an incandescent light bulb  but careful records allow for the elimination of scientific paths that can waste time and resources.

I do not have a working knowledge of Czech but came across the article in a search of some of the more recent European articles and publications
 for some upcoming books. It appeared to be fairly lengthy and well prepared.  Thanks for your insights into their research.
