Stan Meyer gasgun mixed frequency led references

H Barry Bebb was delving into the ionic states of hydrogen and other noble gases gases by the bombardment of  the gases by multiple photon frequencies. This was a NASA funded project.
See hereticalbuilders for an application of this principle in his version of the gas processor

Nice stuff! Do you have more on that?
Ruby colored laser light at 1.73ev.
That not a very high powerrate and as such maybe replicable.

1.73eV goes from IR to visible it's the needed wavelength that makes lasers so expensive to test and experiment with
