50hz resonance would mean an inductance of 0.506 H - then it becomes a band stop filter with ideally infinite impedance, the impedance field is coupled to the secondary and can be made useful.
The circuit on the left looks like it is being used to create HV scalar potentials

Yeh, the device only works in his own house....5 metres under a HV Powercable installation... ;D

 could we say this is a example of teslas work? he is picking up the radiant waves from the hv  lines..  is there a different appoach for broadcasting the same field he is sitting under rather then the linear parellel power lines? like tesla tower design?

I am sorry buddy. I was just joking..I really do not know this man.
But i agree with haithar on this. 50Hz is what is used in european countrys for the grid. Like you have 60Hz.
If you build an antenne which is tuned to 50Hz, then you can pickup that energy. Just the old schole crystal radio circuit, that doesnt have a battery or other powersupply...

That seems like alot of power for a receiving antenna .

His device looks strange and there is not much about it .

Its still F/E lol , that counter is not rolling ...

how would he measure 100kw? by the way power lines can transfer hundres of MW power.
