yes i agree

this circuit may work with pulsing it instead of just a batery,,, it would result in a gated pulsed freq

(how the gate of a mostef is capable of turning the device on ? )

the gate is isolated by a thin dielectric material... so when its charged it forces the junctions of the semiconductor to be rich in electron allowing the conduction between the drain and source..

so if we imagine a flat semiconductor plate with a ground on one side and other two metalized surfaces on the other side,, separated from each other,,with a dielectric over it and a metal over the dielectric being the gate

actually those two metalized surfaces goes on the different semiconductor type. N in the case of a P type plate..

the electric field of the gate plate coming out of the dielectric is enough to provide a region full of electrons to conduct

I wonder if it work with semiconductors why in hell would it not work with water ?

the question than would be how to practically get an energy out of it?
