The principle accoording to Steve Eaton, is that in the top of the tubes, there should be less gravity??????
And because of that, water splits more easaly.... :o

There is no talk of  oscillating pressure mixed with oscillating voltage .

Only a vaguely explained ''gravity'' thing .

I was happy when I saw they tested this ith an 'hydrophone' , as I have one of these . I will make a video showing how you can see 'physical vibrations' happening in water  on  an oscilloscope screen .

No annoying programs to use  ,  plug and play .
