Here is the drawing from Morgan Ceramics in regards to the fuel cell and how it is a mechanical representation drawing not the drawing of how it actually works. There is a coating on the cell that inhibits amp flow while allowing the voltage to go infinite. I am looking to Stan's words to match with his drawings and trying to find common ground. Stan also says that the fuel cell will cause back and forth movement shearing he electrons. And the device will pump water with no moving parts. Ultrasonic devices do all of these things. In my experiments between pulsing fuel cells I noticed a light fog coming out of the bath. It shares the flame properties with the fog coming off the ultrasonic devices. If you watch the fogger videos I posted u can see this.

I'm considering going back and redoing the videos and trying to do a better job at pointing this out. I have been thinking for sometime about putting together some form of nonprofit and create a YouTube weekly show to try and reverse engineer Stanley Meyer's work. The hard part at the moment is I'm back living with my parents and have no where to do this stuff at the moment. So it may take me a minute to get it together.  This is also dependent on what materials or test units I have locked in storage.

I like your dedication!
Hope that you are on something beautifull.
So you have to go thru all your stored stuff to find your needed components.......I know that feeling.

Glad that you are back.

I never read anything about a coating, except in the part were Stan draw a resistance layer in his drawings.
But again, not sure if those are the same...

Cheers!

Steve this is exactly what I'm talking about this patent has a sandwich drawing of the fuel cell. Stan never reveals what kind of material he is using as if it was a trade secret. These coatings I believe are ceramics like zirconium or titanium dioxide. These coatings when applied to the stainless operate like a semiconductor. The diode check on my meter lets me know the current is only flowing one way,,with a single beep. Or sometimes a long beep like a capacitor. The capacitor beep will go both directions on an uncoated cell. However once the ceramic material is applied the beep will only go one direction like a diode.

On a separate note  have replaced commonly used electrolytes like lye with the very small amounts of titanium dioxide and notice the cell produces gas without heating the water bath on uncoated cells. Cells with coating have no need to use electrolytes at all.

Have you considered the coating to be blimp.skin or material the likes of?
I think Steve mentions being able to paint it on a surface in  interview 3 or 4 ..maybe 5 on blogtalk radio with james robey.

I'm still around. Still no lab space to work on things yet. However I have been looking at photocatalytic water splitting and found this. Sure looks like what Stan's Electron Extraction Circuit.
Here is a link to the article.

this seem to be a solar catalyst ... the hv energy creates free electrons and holes that lower the dielectric barrier...

Exactly!!! Sebosfato
Can anyone here help me figure out making a  better coating that is higher output?
I have no experience trying to make a semiconductor.

Water fuel cell producing bubbles light irradiation only no electrical input.
