Closer Re-exam Tech brief

Well my idea is to rewrite only the information that i think is relevant so to become easier to understand and think about. Sometimes i entirely paraphrased, sometimes simply copy and others explained with my words and understanding. 

To start with the first thing that come to attention when reading the tech brief is the title.

Hydrogen Fracturing Process

Method

Using "Voltage Potential" to stimulate the water molecule to produce atomic energy on demand!

Operational parameters

Isolated Pulsing transformer Steps up voltage

Isolated electrical ground J prevents electron flow from input circuit ground.

Blocking diode prevents electrical shorting to secondary during pulse off

Charging choke in series with excitor array forms LC circuit since since the last acts as a capacitor

Water becomes Part of the Voltage intensifier circuit in the form of "resistance" preventing electron flow within the pulsing circuit

The voltage across the water capacitor is greater than the applied voltage at frequency close to  resonance

The voltage across the components tends to reach infinity at resonance but real components prevent this from happening. 

The water is dissociated by momentarily pulling away orbital electrons from its molecule by placement of a high voltage pulsed potential.

Once electrons are dislodged  from the molecule, the covalent bonding ceases to exist since the atom sharing electrons must relocate within the atoms... 

The liberated ionized atoms recapture free electrons floating around when voltage is switched off thereto they stabilizes and exit the water bath as 0 net charge gas.

Dissociation by this mechanism is herein called Electrical Polarization process.

Subjecting the water bath to higher voltage levels causes the liberated "gas" atoms to ionize forming ion electron pairs that are deflected "accelerated" by the electric fields creating collisions unto the electrically charged water bath. Oscillation (back and forth movement) of this charged particles by voltage deflection is herein called Resonant action.

Adjusting voltage amplitude in respect to pulse frequency now produces hydrogen on demand while restricting amp flow. 


L.A.S.E.R.

Injecting visible LASER energy accelerate gas production and raise gas flame temperature beyond "normal" burning levels.

Injecting electromagnetic and electrically charged gas into other light activated resonant cavities promote further gas yield beyond voltage/laser stimulation as ilustrated in figure 1-16 as to 1-18

This mean that the greater is the number of chargeable particles the stronger is the effect of resonant action.

Electron extraction Circuit

Relates to gas atoms exiting water bath and passing through another separated Gas Resonant cavity  1-17 where its subjected to a separated Pulsed LASER  source V at higher voltage level which causes more electrons to be pulled away from the gas atoms as illustrated in 1-15 as to  1-8


The absorbed LASER energy keep the electrons away from gas atoms during voltage pulse off time (while pulse is not being applied). 

EEC 1-14 captures and consumes electrons from the moving gas atoms to cause them to go into critical state. Isolated ground W and Resistive values of chokes and secondary and dielectric constant of the gas prevent electron deflection within the circuit at resonance! therefore keeping the gas atoms in critical state by "NOT" allowing electron replacement to take place between the MOVING atoms.

The electrons are "consumed" in the form of HEAT when an amp consuming device such as a light bulb is positively energized during alternate pulsing operations. LASER activated or primed gas ions Repels the electrons being consumed! as illustrated in figure 1-8 as to 1-20

Thermal atomic interacton gtnt is caused because oxygen atoms having less than 4 covalent electrons fails to  form the covalent link with hydrogen molecules, since its unable to reach stable state (6 to 8 electrons required. as illustrated in figure 1-19

The absorbed LASER energy weakens the "Electrical Bond" between orbital electrons and the hydrogen nucleus of the atoms, while at the same time  the oxygen atoms missing 4 or more covalent electrons has a greater than normal attraction force to hydrogen orbital electrons, so it locks onto and keeps  the hydrogen electrons in few words it ionizes the hydrogen.  This abnormal condition causes the GAS ions to over compensate and breakdown into thermal explosive energy gtnt.

Basically the hydrogen atoms are now positive and arrived during the attraction phase very close to the oxygen atom such that it now have a high repulsive force acting on it, which may be or not the cause of the increased explosive energy noticed by Meyer.

This Thermal atomic interacton between highly energized gas IONS is hereinafter called THE HYDROGEN FRACTURING PROCESS

The atomic power yield is controlled simply by controlling operational parameters like voltage amplitude and pulse-rate.

The hydrogen fracturing process simply triggers and release atomic energy from natural water by allowing highly energized sub-critical combustible gas ions to come together during thermal gas ignition.

The VIC brings on the Electrical polarization process that switches off the covalent bound of the molecules without consuming amps.

The Electrical Extraction Process generates electricity  when liberated electrons are directed away from hydrogen gas gun.

Hydrogen Fracturing process can releases clean atomic energy from water comparable to up to 2,5million barrels of oil per gallon of water under controlled state, by preventing the water molecule to reform, while being environmentally safe.

The hydrogen gas gun can be reduced to the size of a spark plug!!!!!!!!!!

Prototyping determines operational parameters.

Could it be that he couldnt release fully this tech because its to powerfull for everyone to have?

Could it become dangerous if everyone has a atomic energy car ex..?

Well clearly the hydrogen fracturing process is a way to obtain atomic energy from water and not simply hydrogen...,

As i also pointed in the past if its indeed atomic energy we don't need that all the water used become atomic energy, in the sense that it become a statistic of how many nuclear reactions can occur when you can use liters of water to obtain few hundreds of kw.

The electrical polarization process and Resonant action cold produce enough hydrogen to run the car? i guess so... How many times over unity would it be? maybe 10x? Nx?

Fabio, I love the summation, it's a very nice way to cut through all the tech talk of the brief. One thing, in my opinion, it should be understood that the amount of gases are not the issue. The energy density of Hydrogen in it's stable state is too low to be used as a economical fuel. But, with next to nothing in energy consumption, we can increase the energy density of the two gases by simply positively charging the molecules. I would assume, as each electron, as it is removed from the Oxygen molecule(Hydrogen only has one electron), the higher the thermal energy output from the combustion cycle. Which, should give much greater control over throttling too.

I'm glad you enjoy BUbz,

You are right about the hydrogen energy density if it should be manipulated as a gas but when it suppose to be generated on demand from water than it becomes just as good or better than gasoline though. 2,5 times... like stan stated...
