Hi,

Does anybody ever experimented with static electricity and water?

i used plasma filter circuit(from LG Air-condition),12dc to 4.8kvdc.tested with little plates(pos and neg) on distilled water.no result or bubble.

So why doesn't static electricity work to well when the ambient air is humid?
