softly pulsed up till catastrphic failure then it short circuits and all the voltage turns to amps and bubbles.
bubbles.  moooore bubbles  lol sorry

my theory is busting water with electric fields wich doesn't use amps and volts. the problem is getting these electric fields without having to use amps and volts.

a good example is the alternator, electric fields are bombarting the wfc really pulling the water apart. to get these fields you have to use amps and volts though, also these fields also come with amp flow from the alternator. if one could figure out how to get them without using ampflow it would be great.

understanding that electric fields are fully capable of pulling the water apart very rapidly, if you could make this field resonate with the water like the sound wave resonates with the glass, not only would the field be pulling the water apart, but it would be making the water break much like the sound resonance makes a glass break. to affect water you use electric fields, to effect glass you use sound.

right now, we're just smothering the water in electric fields, its not resonating. if you could take the fields we have and make it them resonate with the water then it is possible the water could resonate to infinity, but no atom can resoate to infinity, it'll break.

3 phase harmonics in my mind is a pure bumpy electric field, since they can be used to make water move just like the speaker is used to make the glass viberate, if you could alter the way they moved the water just like you alter the way the speaker viberates the glass, you could possibly hit resonance. but we're not using resonace, we are only using the PUSH PULL effect from this field that is available to us.
