hey tony look great! here is a tip, i wound on the 30 gage wire, at the end i soldiered on an 18 gage wire and then wrapped the 18 gage wire around 1-2 turns and taped it down securely, the 18 gage wire is easy to handle outside of the coil for making connections

Hi everyone. Sorry to jump in late in the game, I've been looking for everyone at Waterfuelcell.org, guess I was at the wrong site. Seems like all the action is giong on here.
 
The VIC card has several different circuits as mentioned earlier. Page 3-30, figure 3-5 in the TB shows the VIC card, labeled Card L2 and the different circuits which are on that card.
 
I think the electrostatic filter is being overlooked here. We know the water capacitor exhibits leakage which is dependant on the water's purity. I have a picture of Stan's buggy with the WFC setup where he labeled all the components, including the electrostatic filter. It is also mentioned in the Tech Breif. Furthermore, JL naudin states on his WFC replication page that his replication only worked with distilled water, which I think is because he had such a low current to charge the cap the leakage prevented it from charging when he used tap water.

I have seen the pictures of the WFC and Water Capacitor...Does the delrin sleeve completly cover the outer tube?
 
Does anyone have the primary inductance measurements of the VIC? ,And know what Fres is? I thought I read earlier that the VIC Fres was 10kHz??? Looking at the size of the core it seems like the VA rating is probably quite low...

Secondary : 3000 turns, 78.2?, Air Inductance 87.2mH, Core Inductance 358mH
L1 : 3000 turns, 75.9?, Air Inductance 83.1mH, Core Inductance 359mH
L2 : 3000 turns, 76.9?, Air Inductance 85.5mH, Core Inductance 359mH

So the secondary side total inductance is 1076mH

Tony you shouldn't think about total inductance exclusively (and not all coils fields aiding), you want to make the "secondary" inductance to be exactly the same of the chokes but maybe a bit smaller (probably because of the coupling, so you can have exactly the same voltage in the tuned and the secondary inductances, the tx4 must exactly cancel out the tx5 coil but there will be a minimum inductance, this becomes part of the secondary inductance, so must be taken in count. So basically the tx5 coil must have the same inductance of all the coils with the canceling coils connected all in series. Makes lot of sense for me.
