How many people has stored a fine coil, A TV coil for example on a shelf?

How man people has went to pick the coil up when stored on the shelf and got an alternating Jolt. Are you aware that Such coils can self charge on the shelf and start to resonate with the ambient air becomming a capacitor?

It does not feel to pretty when one bites you right off the shelf, Its abnormal but it does happen, I even had it happen to me more than once.

The point is, coils resonates with no circuit surrounding them, And yet the right coil has not been placed in the right circuit, Not to mention it has been proved that voltage can rise over water while current flow is not allowed, We have found the trick of limiting current to 0 to be in the Core.
