Hi warp
              yes I have seen all Stans work, I find that 'all is not shown' that is why I said it can not work in the configuration as shown in the patent.

  If you heat up water in an enclosed pipe to over 374deg C then exhaust it to a low pressure area
via a 'suitable nozzle' that could be an expansion valve. you see to do this you have to maintain the pressure in the pipe so the the 'restrictor', nozel, or expansion valve, call it what you like, you have to keep the pressure of the water coming in at the same pressure with out letting in any 'air'
this is done in some submarines it is a closed system, the nuclear reactor heat the water in an enclose space up to 400deg, C, the pipes that go though the reactor are also a closed system, it is the water in the later pipes that heat up the water to make steam, then that drives the turbines, and that is also a closed system. it is 'expanded' into steam directly into the turbine, the low presure steam is condenced back to water to be reheated. all this is done in the same way a refirgerator works.
gee you got me going.
The piont being this 'Oz Injector' can work 'under water' and so could replace the nuclear reactor.
there are many other uses.
well I have to stop.

I am very suprised with your reply, I can see you understand the state of change. Keep working if your heart is with it. Yes, stan used a modified expansion valve, I could provide a very simular photo that also helps prove this.

@Alan
I believe that the choke coils play the biggest part here. The two windings create a magnetic lag between each other...the magnetism fills up around the coil/core, and since amperage has a definite charge, it is affected by the fields.
So, even though the conditions to arc over are reached...the choke coils hold back the majority of amps...so amps don't flow, yet the gas is ionized.

ionization by field only, isn't ths called a corona discharge?
I think I don't understand the magnetic lag you talked about, also between which 2 windings?

what if you followed the same principle.. build a bigger version of stans bifilar choke with cavitys for bifilar wound pancakes.. then buy a high speed scr like this one

http://www.nteinc.com/specs/5300to5399/pdf/nte5368_69.pdf

use the scr to to tune into the resonant of the choke..

does the plasma cutter have a variable amplitude control?

@Warp...yeah that was the guy, Herman Anderson...it's a shame he's dead now :(

@Donaldwfc....Stand DOES use O3...ionizing air ALWAYS makes O3

@Aussepom
Thanks ;)
I have indeed studied very hard...and I have also done many experiments. I am currently making a miniature Atomic Hydrogen torch.

If O3 exists, it is not part of Stan's process. Stan uses individual Positive Oxygen Ions, once you take them below 6 electrons they will be unstable, and unable to covalently bond. He even drew some pretty pictures to show how it works.
