Their goal is to shelf it or commericialize it - they would have given all  the information from the purchase to the world otherwise. TOP seems as *  as the disclosure prject.

very tru.. relate this concept to electric.. the average american is a neutral in this world.. higher powers could be either positve (good) or negative (evil)........    neutrals seem to become lost sometimes and dont know which way to go.. the negative has sold them dreams.. while the positve has been mute for some time.. they sell you dreams that seem better then real, so they seem to out do the good.. they are so much better then good that they are fake... now ask yourself where neutral matter likes to stay in free space?  by the proton. lol .. .  maybe this is why grassroots always prevail..
