Neutrinolysis

So I have heard of something called "neutrinolysis" , coinded by our friend Konstantin Meyl .

Heres the page , problem is that the ducument (#70) , is missing ...

I need to read about "neutrinolysis" .

I cant find squat about this on google , nothing .

I can find H2opower's posts where he mentions this word and compares it to lightning , yet again he is always saying how he understand Meyers and comparing everything to Lightning , guys is such a fake ass little shit .

sharp little voltage gradients, as bearden said, will stress the dirac sea (= neutrino's ) and electrons will appear, because electron and positron get separated, this can cause electrolysis.
makes sense, not sure if it is real.

Ok so I believe 100% that this scalar stuff is for real .

So we need 2 opposing waves , also we need something with mass , there must be mass @ the intersection point for an explosion to happen , the more mass the better ...

What if our mass was water and we are just using a "scalar destructive force" to power our cars ?

check out @ 5.30 of this video , he talks of scalar wave weaponry .
