It seems that i not very much like it should be....

I mean this diode lets a current to flow if the pulse is on and this creates a bucking magnetic field so i'm not sure if its not destructing the energy that it accumulates ... as a current at the secondary creates a contrary magnetic field...

So is there a solution to get this diode shut during pulse on and conducting during pulse off?

use an extra fet between the diode...
