It's a simple means of protecting their interests. It's why big businesses buy out their competitors, to protect their interests!
Keep in mind Stan's patents are all public domain, and there's nothing illegal about replicating them. Many have done it before, and most were given money to give it up and not talk about it.
The people who visit the ones who have had successful replications are most likely economic hit men. They are employed by agencies through the government or oil companies, making their real employers impossible to detect.
There has been so much information brought about hrough these websites, if it were truly illegal the governments would have shut them down by now. The only thing that's keeping his technology in the dark is the control of the money changers over multiple countries, and soon the world when the NWO comes into effect. When that happens I don't think any alternative energy will flourish, as a new government will enforce new rules, and anyone who doesen't follow them will be removed.
The fact of the matter now is, there are so many people experimenting and learning that they can't even keep track of. They are losing their grip, which is one reason for the NWO and for the depopulation as well, to have more control.
At the same time if free energy were ever to get to the masses, it would be a huge threat to the money changers and their NWO plans, I think that's another reason why Stan tried so hard to get this technology out. There is no justice in this life, but there will be in the next.
