I have tried this and yes it is interesting, It does the Magnetron effect similar to that in Microwaves.

Thats a new form to produce HHO, I've haven't see it. Look good idea.

If you stop video when cable makes contact with "water", you will see immediate production, which means a saturate water of KOH or sea water. And obviously that use more than 30 amps. I make a similar test with my HHO generator.

But, I am going test with magnet. Stevie, how you think it is connected?

electrojolt , how did you test it? Could you send us a sketch?

I think is like this, each parts connect to wire. But HHO came from edge of magnet, then I attached two new pictures.

stevie, what do you think? I do not know if a right in my drawing.

The effect can be observed by having one electrode on the outside of the magnet, and the other electrode inside the magnet.

the magnet I used (from a speaker) does not conduct so I had to use a small ss plate on the outside. I did observe the spiral effect.
