Hi friends,

Look what i have found here.
Its a ver very nice document about adding magnets and laser diodes to the electrolysis proces. They claim 9 times better results.
Its a pitty that they didnt measure the isotopes of hydrogen during their tests.

Its a very interesting document great find Steve! i took a first quick look and than i will read more to get the details

Meyer used some lens i believe the function is to probably to polarize and spread the radiation

In this work they indeed increased the hydrogen production but if you note how much power its using it become sort of not so interesting... however the magnetic field is a positive  news although magnets are expensive
