Yep...I hear a complete step by step video guide, along with a pdf picture tutorial showing EVERYTHING ,including "massive production" with a dual  10 cell resonate cavity ER from the ground up all for the masses and FREE for the taking is completed.

I saw something like that on a website.
Dont believe it will work as described.

But there is a good point to look at:

If you change the timing of an engine, it will loss efficiency but if you "modulate" the burn velocity instead, you will need less hydrogen,

I  strongly believe that any cell that produces 8LPM will do the job.

it depends on what type of gas molecules you produce
