You dont think the water will see unipolar pulses of positive voltage on the positive exciter; While restricting the negatives current from the negative ground side of the dc circuit with resistance?


The way i see it is if the positive voltage is attempting to pull electrons and there are not any to be given by the negative exciter it has no choice but to exert its pulling force on waters electrons more specifically..

The problem is this the more resistance you get in series the less field you have across the water... I think there could be a resistor there but might be only for impedance match or to adjust the time of the L/r kick discharge... I've being thinking and i concluded that this is the only reason meyer could have used ss wire...

maybe you can see it this way as will others?

water = insulator
binder= insulator

contaminates = poor conductor
powdered stainless = poor conductor

2 plates with unfiltered water = a insulator and poor conductor between 2 plates
2 stainless plates with binder and poor conductor= a insulator and poor conductor between the 2 plates

The plate resistor is not any different then the fuel cell... Other then we can control its ratio of poor conductor to insulator (we can create a preset quality of dielectric)..  It can be higher then waters quality of resistance or it can be lower
it is all depended on the ratio mixed of powdered stainless to binder..
and the configuration (dimensions, spacing)

The powdered stainless steel  is just a hunch.. Stan spoke of its resistive qualities in his videos..
