To me it seems to be a plug that fits into the cell.I would guess that it's hollow or bored out to fit over everything shown on the table. As for the hole in the plug ,I'm not sure what it lines up with.Like I said before, none of theses units were with Stans stuff.

Donald, those are resonant cavities that are placed after the WFC.They are used to ionize the the hydrogen and oxygen gasses as they pass through them. Each one would raise the ionized levels higher. They would also remove the electrons as well, because it can be done on the same two terminals. There is no water going through these cell, because of the LED's in the base. This is where the Hydrogen Fracturing process would take place.

Don,

I read your comment here and the first thoughts coming up are that the H gas is already ionized.
So the stack would only do something to the oxygen atoms???

I believe this design is the same as is depicted in the master WFC system shown here

as you can see there is a water tank above the stacked cells, that allows water to down flow into the cells by gravity, and the gas to bubble up through the water tank, acting as a bubbler as well

this is exactly what we see in this photo

there is a water chamber above the stack, and a tube to act like a bubbler, the gases rise to the top and then flow into the gas processor
