a hundred volts being supplied to a load where there are liberated electrons can produce 100 amps  = 10kw from  liberated electrons in gasses...  sure you could pull electrons into a load from earth ground and provide the same..  but using the gas with liberated electrons as a ground source during eec pulse enable you to higher the energy state of the fuel gas.. you would think from the point of extraction the gas will be conductive and will need to be isolated from ground to remain in high energy state (contained in non conducting tubing)

stan used delrin on alot of things even his constant displacment pumps that contained his his ionized ambient air/ water/ exhaust... his gas is conductive and needs to be isolated to remain in a higher energy state before ignition.. so i think.

Hello

Its all about electrostatic forces my friends, HE CHARGED UP THE WATER THRU A COIL AND DOING THIS H+ IONS APPROACH INSTANTANEOUSLY TO THE NEGATIVE ELECTRODE.(VOLTAGE DOING WORK) AFTER THE POSITIVE PULSE OF THE CONVENTIONAL CURRENT WITCH CHARGED THE CAPACITOR, ANOTHER PULSE IS GENERATED BUT THIS ONE MADE OF THE ELECTRONS FROM THE IONS. THE ENERGY OF THIS PULSE WILL BE = TO THE VOLTAGE (SEPARATION OF THE CHARGES) TIMES THE NUMBER OF IONS... THIS PULSE WILL BE CONSUMED ON THIS OTHER COIL WITCH IS COUPLED WITH THE FIRST ONE SO AS WHEN THIS PULSE DISCHARGE AUTOMATICALY IT INCREASE THE VOLTAGE OF THE OTHER COIL BY TRANSFORMER ACTION INCREASING THE VOLTAGE SEPARATION AND THUS THE AMOUNT OF IONS BEING DISCHARGED. WHAT STAN ALSO KNEW IS THAT AT 90 DEGREES CELSIUS WATER SELF IONIZE MUCH MORE AND HE ALSO ADDED TO THE EQUATION THE VOLTAGE FORCE WITCH CAUSES A TORQUE ON THE WATER MOLECULE. SO ALMOST ALL HIS DRAWINGS SHOWN THE PROCESS OF HELP THE SELFIONIZATIONX OF THE WATER; CHECK IT OUT;)

AFTER ALL BEING THE SECONDARY ONE OF THE PHASES OF AN ALTERNATOR AND THOSE COILS CONNECTED TO IT JUST LIKE THE ELECTRON EXTRACTION CIRCUIT STAN SHOWED, AND HAVING A MEAN FOR DETECTING THE RESONANCE AND FEED THE SAME FREQUENCY TO THE FIELD COIL, AND BEING THIS ALTERNATOR SPINED BY A SMALL MOTOR DOES NOT MATHER THE RPM IT WILL ONLY AFECT THE RATE OF PRODUCTION,,, THE FILM YOU SAW OF STAN SHOWING HIS BUGGY THAT RUNS ON WATER WILL COME BACK TO LIFE,. =)

CHARGES WILL FIND THE EASIEST WAY TO COME TOGETHER WHEN YOU OPEN THE SWITCH THE CHARGES SEE A PORTAL THRU THE ELCTRODE THEY CAN SEE THE OTHERS ON THE OTHER SIDE... BUT INSIDE THE WATER BECAUSE OF THE DISTANCE AND THE DIELECTRIC POLARIZATION, MOBILITY AND OTHER SEVERAL FACTORS THEY ALMOST DON´T INTERACT ELECTROSTACTICALLY, THEY ARE ISOLATED;.

AND HERE IS THE SECRET, TO MAKE A CURRENT FROW THRU WATER TO MAKE ELECTROLYSIS YOU NEED TO APPLY 1,24V.

TO DISCHARGE THE IONS THRU THE WIRE YOU NEED PICO VOLTS.;. HAHAHAHA ISN´T THAT COOL

SO YOU GENERATE A BUNCH OF ELECTRICITY...

GOOD THOUGHS FOR YOU

Hi out i believe that he added a connection to the conventional negative electrode thus electron extraction circuit to the other up tube witch he ilustrates because doing this he would continue to extract the electrons from the gas ions because the superfice of the water will be basically i guess the positive conventional electrode because the charges from the outer tubes were positive.

I belive that he created a kind of spark gap to ¨self¨ ionize the air being sustained by the resonance effect similar to the water process. Ever increasing.

The energy might come from the non recombination of the water as he explained too. evrery thing he said was true. That should be the power witch governs the world; From now energy independence. Food, health care, energy, water, bicicle must be considered basic right, for everyone.

some reading on dielectrics

The term electrical breakdown has several similar but distinctly different meanings

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dielectric_breakdown

The Townsend discharge is a gas ionization process where an initially very small amount of free electrons, accelerated by a sufficiently strong electric field,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Townsend_discharge#Gas_ionisation_caused_by_motion_of_positive_ions

I feel the "frequency we are looking for lies in the information of dielectrics.. Circuits are well known on how they function and how to make them function as needed for different applications

In order to figure out the approach for application we really need to grasp the electrical and physic's response of the " water" we are using within the "circuit".. This will come in the gain of understanding "different" currently known approaches that cause ionization.. we must find the approach that falls under stans standards (low current high voltage)

All in all we need to fully grasp the physics of water to understand how to apply the electric field.. The 2 links above seem to be a good start.

Hello

i spent the day today in the library again. This time in the electrical engineering and energy institute library... I found a book called electric circuits where there was almost all the equations from stan ... related with resonance, mutual induction, voltage across capacitor, inductor, loaded parallel resonance... Frequency shift (related with non ideal components...) I found that easily the frequency will not be that given in that simple equation.. you need to also add the resistance of the capacitor and inductor and losses in the core ... to  have the precise frequency... It could be also the double with very few losses... SO Important This!!!

ANother important thing is the quality factor of the capacitor... I found that the time constant witch i was talking about is in the end where the quality factor of the capacitor is unity... Example : you have a capacitor and it have a resistance across it... at the frequency given by 1/2pi*R*C you will have quality factor = to 1

why?

because you will be able to charge the capacitor and than discharge it in one cycle..

So what to do to have the step charging effect...

You need to raise the frequency, because this way you can charge it and than charge it again and again before it can discharge...

this simulation show the current and voltage step chRGING ON THe capacitor check it out
