I did the follower haithar .

Take 2 stainless spoons , take my multimeter .

Take tap water , add a bunch is salt , shake water , insert spoon and I was still getting 10+ k ohms

I'm also working on another circuit that will Auto-Tune to the resonant frequency of it's load.  So far I'm getting good results in my simulation program.  Here's a screen shot of one output from one setup, as you can see it also has the "Ringing" effect.

We have many options to get resonance with like 1khz. If we size the cap bigger and the coil smaller or vica versa.
I have a question: Stan said that the L must be higher then C. Why?

yes with a multimeter. but try a 12V battery connected to an ampmeter and then to the spoons. after a few seconds the current will rise heavily.
my tube cell was in the mega ohm range when measuring but pulled an amp easily at 12V (tap water).

You got that reading because the multimeter don't test over 1v so water still behave as a capacitor.
